These are the top 10 healthiest foods. If there's one thing I learned long ago, there is no magic pill that will make you healthy or fit.

No matter how many pills and supplements you take, nothing will compare to a well balanced diet. The healthy food list below consists of the 10 healthiest foods. Also known as 'super foods'.

So... what are super foods? They are foods that contain very high health benefits. The health benefits are so strong that they are recognized as 'super foods'.

They're packed with numerous antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. By choosing super foods from this healthy food list you'll be eating foods that are much more nutrient dense per calorie than many other foods. So your body will love you for it!

Much of the nutrients contained within these foods are also known to help prevent many life changing diseases such as cancer, arthritis, heart disease and more.
